Plymouth flats has been operating since 1996. Originally it
catered for students, but now specialises in one bedroom flats
for professional and working  people.

How To Reserve a Flat
  • Put down a reservation fee equivalent to
    one month's rent. This fee converts to
    your deposit when you move in
  • Arrange a date to move in, usually within
    a two week period
  • Supply references
  • Sign the paperwork, pay the first month's
    rent and obtain the keys to your new
    property
Standard practice is to
redecorate and deep
clean when the
previous tenants of a
flat vacate.
