Plymouth flats has been operating since 1996. Originally it
catered for students, but now specialises in one bedroom flats
for professional and working  people.

How To Reserve a Flat
  • Put down a reservation fee equivalent to one
    month's rent
  • Arrange a date to move in, usually within a two
    week period
  • Supply references
  • Sign paperwork, pay the deposit and obtain the
    keys to your property
  • There is a fee of £30 for registering your
    deposit
Standard practice is to
redecorate and deep
clean when the
previous tenants
vacate.
